THE BRUSH IS COMPLIANT, IT PERFORMS ITS ROLE WELL, AT FIRST THE ANIMAL WAS NOT COOPERATIVE BUT NOW IT ALLOWS IT TO BE DONE. AS LONG AS THE BRUSH LASTES IN THE LONG TERM
It does its job. Its bristles are very large, so it doesn't remove much hair, at least not for cats; I haven't tried it on dogs. When it grabs a lot of hair, it clogs the steam outlet.
